WHAT ARE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS?

• You are a strong creative problem solver with ideas that challenges the ordinary 
• You work systematically with complex business problems and can develop ideas into tangible concepts
• You are great at analysing user insights and turning them into user stories, user flows and use scenarios
• You are an expert in all levels of sketching and pretotyping across digital platforms
• You are an exceptional communicator with clients and team members
• You have a strong personal drive with a ‘let’s go do this’ attitude

WHO ARE YOU? 

You hold a university degree in a relevant field with 3-5 years of experience working in the innovation field for a strategic or innovation consulting firm, a corporate innovation team, management consulting or a start-up. You are a creative thinker in addition to your strategic mindset and a strong business. You are pro-active and have an unmistakable can-do-attitude, that naturally take the lead as a facilitator and coordinator in a project setting. You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Most importantly, you are motivated to join a tight-knit team of passionate, hard-working and down-to-earth consultants and be a part of Vertical Strategy’s journey to disrupt management consulting!
