Talents and opportunities for employment are not evenly distributed, and there are no easy and effective ways for talents to find jobs in Africa. At Start.Space we believe the continent´s challenges will be solved by the next generation of African entrepreneurs. Start.Space is an online Pan- African ecosystem that connects start-ups with the right talents, mentors, advisory board, accelerators, investors and events. We help entrepreneurs find talents in order to grow and promote their startups.
Lack of reliable data and leads are hurdles that prevent African start-ups and SMEs from capturing relevant insights that help find, understand and segment business partners, customers and investors. At the same time, international companies operating in Africa need access to local partners and customers in order to work effectively and create real impact. We understand the impact that dynamic and intelligent data can have on the success of business and investments. This is why Start.Space wants to help African start-ups and small businesses to scale up their data efforts, discovering new partners, customers, revenue streams and investors. We are building Google of African companies, by creating the most comprehensive, dynamic, real-time and credible data on African SMEs and start-ups using AI, big data and blockchain technologies.
Our vision is to be the world leading tech platform that helps start-ups and small businesses to scale up their data efforts, discovering new partners, customers, revenue streams and investors.
Our mission is to strengthen the African ecosystems by linking and matching African startups and SMEs with partners, customers and investors, while at the same time creating data on companies across the continent. Our inspiration behind Start.Space is grounded in the belief that we need to expose the millions of brilliant African SMEs and startups to the global market, while at the same time mobilising international companies in doing business with local partners.
