Responsibilities:

• Manage technical strategy
• Develop user-facing features and API endpoints
• Debug production issues
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Assure that all user input is validated to maintain the integrity of the database
• Deploy latest code to the Digital Ocean droplet
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Skills and Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of Javascript 
• Practical, working knowledge of Git
• Intermediate understanding of web markup, including Bootstrap 3, HTML5 and Sass (SCSS, CSS3)
• Proficient in React, Express.js, and Node
• Knowledge of Redux, React-Router and Sequelize would help
• Familiarity with Postgres
