We're looking for an Account Manager to join us in building a smarter way for brands to produce content for social media. The job is a 11-month maternity cover (starting from February), with the possibility of turning it into a permanent position. We are a small, passionate team working closely together from our office in central Copenhagen. Our customers are international lifestyle brands such as Montblanc, Tissot, Blancpain, Fritz Hansen and NN07, to name a few.

As Account Manager at Supervisual, your main goal is to produce great visual content for our customers, by working with our global network of content creators. You will communicate directly with our customers and transform their ideas into written briefs and visual mood boards. You will manage each project, as well as the content creators involved through our platform and keep track of budgets and deadlines, as well as come up with creative solutions when things don’t go according to plan. You will explore how to grow your customers with our sales team and discuss how to improve the platform with our product team.

Who you are

• You have a good eye for design and are interested in the lifestyle, fashion and luxury industry
• You are a great visual communicator
• You are capable of finding creative solutions when things don’t go according to plan
• You enjoy finding ways to become more efficient in your work
• You can handle many projects at the same time
• You have excellent verbal and written English skills
• You like to speak with customers and are comfortable in advising them
• You are not afraid of representing our company on our website, support tools, etc.
• You spend plenty of time on social media, especially Instagram, and know about all the new trends that are moving for lifestyle brands
