FlixBus is a European long distance mobility provider with headquarters in Munich, Berlin, Milan, Paris, Zagreb, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Prague and Budapest. Your tasks

• You support our Swedish team in expanding our business

• You coordinate projects, making sure the interactions between different departments is fluid and results are delivered in a timely manner

• You use your analytical skills to find your way through complex datasets and recognize opportunities to grow and to optimize

• You actively participate in the development and implementation of strategic projects

• You assist our Swedish team in everyday operations

• You assist in finding and building strong partnerships with partners in the travel- and retail business such as airlines

• You support the Managing Director for the Nordics in finding and executing ways to grow revenues and profitability

Your Profile

• Excellent degree in Business, Economics or related fields of study

• Some experience in business development, and/or management consulting is a plus; entrepreneurial mindset is highly valued

• Highly motivated in achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop our business with us

• Good analytical skills, an affiliation for numbers and possess good problem-solving skills

• High social, communication, and negotiation skills

• Proactive, reliable, and conscientious

• Native level Swedish and fluent in English, as well as any other European language is a plus
