FlixBus is a European long distance mobility provider with headquarters in Munich, Berlin, Milan, Paris, Zagreb, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Prague and Budapest. Since 2013, FlixBus has been offering a new, convenient and green way to travel which suits every budget. Thanks to a smart business model and innovative technology, the startup has established the largest intercity bus network in Europe in less than four years and has no intention of stopping anytime soon.

Your tasks

• You self-dependently manage FlixBus operations with the assigned Bus Partners focusing on performance and quality

• You support our Bus Partners in all relevant matters relevant to daily operations and emergencies

• You help onboard our Bus Partners, which includes e.g. training drivers in conduct, communication and our brand image; installation and use of dedicated FlixBus onboard devices; training Bus Partner operations supervisors etc.

• You help set up new lines and new stops, and manage the station infrastructure,

• You coordinate replacements and maintenance of the FlixBus bus hardware,

• You support the Operations Team in delivering operational excellence across the whole network

Your Profile

• Excellent degree in a relevant field of study such as transport, logistics, civil engineering, economics, management, etc.

• Relevant work experience including internships, preferably in the transport industry

• The ability to adequately deal with different stakeholders (business partners, bus drivers, station managers, or regional authorities) with high social and negotiation skills

• High motivation to work, entrepreneurial drive and willingness to travel

• High computer literacy including very good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Native level Danish and fluent in English, as well as any other European language is a plus
