FlixBus is a European long distance mobility provider with headquarters in Munich, Berlin, Milan, Paris, Zagreb, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Prague and Budapest. Since 2013, FlixBus has been offering a new, convenient and green way to travel which suits every budget. Your tasks

• You develop an international PR and Communications strategy for our Denmark

• You set up our entire Media Relations in Denmark

• You create press releases and briefings on national and regional level

• You organize press events, media sessions for print, TV/radio, new media, etc.

• You “spread the word” by providing on- & offline content

• You cultivate and enhance working relationships with press and public stakeholders

• You work cross-functionally with different departments e.g. marketing, business development, and operations

• You adapt corporate topics to Denmark

• You report to the Managing Director for the Nordics as well as our Corporate Communications department in Munich

Your Profile

• Excellent degree degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or related fields of study

• Several years of relevant experience

• High social, communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• You are creative, eloquent and have a strong ability to manage a broad range of both proactive and reactive projects

• Enthusiasm, team spirit, and commitment are amongst your strongest qualities

• Media contacts (economy, consumer, new venture, etc.) in our key markets is a plus

• A high degree of initiative and reliability and a deep understanding of new media channels

• Native level Danish with excellent oral and written communication skills and fluent in English
