We are growing and scaling and need an student assistant analytics with the potential to grow and perhaps become Financial Manager. One who can help us in both high and low level finance tasks. 

The position comes with great opportunity to learn and execute a wide variety of assignments. There is a lot of scope for the role to grow and develop with you, so if you are looking to challenge yourself, then this is the place!

Luckily, we have a bookkeeper and those responsibilities are taken care of! You will, however, work closely with our bookkeeper by providing input into daily/monthly bookkeeping and also using the output.

Can you find yourself in this super dynamic environment with a lot of dedication and ownership, working with the major clubs in DK and potentially the rest of the world, you could be the person that will be an important key player developing and optimizing processes, procedures and reporting formats in collaboration with the founder leadership team.

Responsibilities

Assistance with executive reporting i.e. prepare ad hoc financial reports for internal use, monthly meetings, monthly investor updates, board meetings, and investor material.

Assisting in preparing input and output of monthly bookkeeping 

Cash flow management 

Assist with preparation of Annual Statements, budgeting, monthly reporting

Ad hoc tasks

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and/or practical experience within financial department

You are curious but focused, have a can-do attitude and can work independently

You have high personal standards, high level of integrity and drive, combined with the ability to meet deadlines through prioritising and organising activities

Can work both operationally and strategically 

Want to be part of a scaling start-up

Confident Excel and PowerPoint user and knowledge of Tableau (or willing to learn fast).

Nice to have

Solid accounting knowledge and experience is a big plus

Experience and knowledge of Danish employment law

You enjoy finding information and writing conclusory notes

Tech savvy, interested in using new technology to make work more effective
