We want to be the ultimate mobile platform to develop leadership behavior. Using state of the art technology, we create a smart personal trainer who gives the leader the right tools and tips to take small actions every day that have big impact on the team's engagement and performance.

What you’ll do

• Take the project lead in performance marketing campaigns
• Work towards a budget, aligning paid media with the company’s goals and product roadmap.
• Work with different channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, SEO
• Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly optimization tactics that consistently improve each digital channel’s ROI
• Meet industry experts who can help you grow in your role (we connect you)
• Sit at Epicenter where you’ll get a deep dive into the sthlm tech scene
