We are looking for a Head of Engineering that is responsible for managing and growing 3 agile teams of 3-4 elements each. The right candidate have proved experience managing development teams or is a top 3% senior developer that highly motivated to grow further.

You will be responsible for converting product strategy into technical excellence.

Your job is likely to involve constant contact with our Leadership, Product Managers and Designers. You will own 3 agile teams with responsible for hiring, managing, developing (and sometimes firing?) 3 product leads and 2-3 developers per agile team focused on web and backend development.
