As our new entrepreneurial consultant, you will help inspire our cross-functional teams and clients on projects by translating customer and market insights into tangible concepts for our customers, based on your startup experience. We are challenging the conventional borders of management consulting, and addressing the need for the “go-do” mentality found in the start-up scene.
JOB & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Become our voice of the entrepreneur in our client engagement teams, working closely with strategists, CX and design leads, and anthropologists
- Strengthening the projects with new ideas for innovative concepts that are scalable and grounded in deep customer insights
- Contribute to the team with fresh inspiration and new, creative solutions with an entrepreneurial twist
- Help evolve our methodology to merge strategy, innovation, and creativity
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- You have experience from several entrepreneurial ventures – successful and unsuccessful
- You have 10+ years of full-time work experience from startups and/or consulting, combined
- Commercial acumen and understanding of business models and rationales
- Experience with and broad understanding of new technologies – especially digital platforms and IoT – which makes it possible for you to work closely with a CTO
- You have experience as an investor or screener of business cases and you understand the metrics of a good startup
- You have leadership and project management experience and know how to drive projects forward, preferably in collaboration with clients
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- You are passionate about applying your entrepreneurial experience in a management consulting context and help corporates act more like startups
- You want to play a role in shaping the future of consulting by changing things that don't work, and come up with new solutions to complex issues in new and innovative ways
- You are a creative and structured thinker, excellent at executing and facilitating execution
- You are highly motivated, structured and have a strong work ethic
