We (Betspawn) operate an eSports betting service. We simply offer betting on eSports. We are a small team based in Stockholm. We refer to us as the home of eSports betting, and our ultimate goal is to offer the greatest eSports experience out there.

We are expanding our team with a Marketing Manager. We need someone to take us to the next level, so you will have one very clear responsibility: To make us grow. We want you to lead us, not the other way around. Formalities:

• Work hours: 50% initially
• Salary: Up for discussion
• Stock options may be offered in the future (depending on performance)

You will work extremely close to the entire team (small team). You need to be able to deliver results with small means. What you’ll do will partly include:

• Create a branding strategy
• Find partnerships (influencers, forums, applications, affiliates, teams, tournaments etc.)
• Handle social media channels and promotions on the website
• Analyze results (conversions, cost per acquisition etc.)
• Anything else that you think suits your purpose (campaigns, competitions, attending events)

Your “must haves”:

• An interest in eSports (to understand the customer and the ecosystem)
• Hands-on marketing experience (minimum 1 year)
• Self-motivated and independent
• The “roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty”-attitude
• Fluent in English
• Great communication skills
