We are building the next generation Knowledgebase in order to offer better, more intuitive and easy to navigate platform for Coinify customers. For this big task ahead, we need to gear up our Customer Communication team with a new hero that will help us to the finish line.

What you will be doing

• Being the main force behind our new Knowledgebase - writing, improving and organising articles about Coinify services. Your main goal is to produce easy to navigate and use information resource platform for all our customers. (You will not have to invent the wheel, as the information will be available to you. But your personal touch on further improving this will be crucial.) 
• Making use of your excellent English, positive language skills and ability to put yourself in customer’s shoes in order to guide them. (You will be the voice behindour articles, but no worries- we’ll get you started.)
• Keeping track of all your work and progress - super structured approach and not missing a detail is a king.
• Becoming an expert in all aspects of Coinify services and knowing how they can be communicated the best way.

This is a full-time unpaid internship position located at our Copenhagen office. We are prioritising candidates that can join as soon as possible. Virksomhedspraktik for 8 weeks is preferred (4 weeks ok as well).
