SUP46 hosts more than 30,000 visitors per year, among them many leading decision makers coming from around the globe.

This is a 3-month internship in which you will be assisting the Community Manager at SUP46. You will have a variety of exciting tasks and have the freedom to develop new ideas while having the support to do so.

Responsibilities:

• Create newsletters and marketing material

• Organise and host events with our community

• Assist in the member on-boarding process

• Create and write internal communications

• Assist with admin tasks and reports

• Organise and update our database

• Work with our Café manager for catering for events • Ad hoc tasks 

Skills & Requirements:

• You are a student and currently enrolled at university

• You are a social person and a strong team player

• Design experience with creating posters and newsletters

• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a busy environment

• Enjoy meeting and helping people with relevant information

• Computer literate

• Extremely organised

• Creative minded

Characteristics:

This is a hands-on role in a busy environment so you should be flexible, energetic and efficient with a can-do attitude. We encourage you to take initiative, be self-motivated and detail oriented. A strong interest in entrepreneurship and design or communications experience is very advantageous.

• Best practices for event planning and the opportunity to lead promotions for an event • Increase you written and verbal communication skills • Community building practices • Industry knowledge in the Swedish startup ecosystem • Gain insights into tasks, responsibilities and best practises of a Community Manager to ready you for a career in Community Management
