Rawbite Commercial Manager (m/f)

Location: Copenhagen, partly home office

Your tasks:

You manage a number of international accounts (Distributors Management) and you follow up on the distributor within sales and profit responsibility. You report to the CSO and mutually define annual sales targets and priorities, which you execute on a day-to-day basis and in the annual reviews with the customers.

Your work will be strategically and operationally. You monitor the development of the distributor and the local execution. This includes quality control of the distributors and may result in proposal of improvements or switches. It includes international travel, e.g., to international fairs.

You demonstrate your results towards the CSO based on KPIs. This includes achievement of short, medium and long-term results regarding turnover and profitability.

The management includes the development of country specific sales and marketing plans. You execute channel specific POS measures in close cooperation with the central Marketing team.

You actively manage client relationships and acquire new clients. You continuously observe market developments and use your internal network to draw conclusions from it.

Your Profile:

You hold a Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, International Management or similar) and you demonstrated international experience.

You have minimum 5 years’ experience as a regional or national key account manager within the area of FMCG, preferably food. You are experienced in negotiating annuals reviews, e.g., with retailers. Additional experience in Marketing or Shopper Customer Marketing is an advantage.

You worked with distributors before which you can prove via measurable results. An international network to distributors is an advantage. You are good at negotiation, customer orientation and stand conflicts. You show a strength in communication and presentation skills.

You are a good team player, self-driven, goal oriented and you show entrepreneurial drive. You are interested in good food, fashion and/or sports.

You are fluent in English. You hold a driver’s license and you are open to travel nationally and internationally.

You are experienced in using MS Office.
