Responsibilities

• Acquisition marketing - Plan & implement supply acquisition campaigns (online & offline marketing, event management, partnerships…)
• Sales - Meet & convince homeowners to join the onefinestay club to build a viable portfolio. On-board the new properties
• Growth hacking - Identify key channels & develop local partnerships to help generating demand for your city
• Demand - Support Sales team to get your first bookings & achieve a higher conversion
• So much more. There’s no magic recipe (or we haven’t found it yet). Bonus: Welcome the first guests of the city you just launched

Skills & experience

• Self-driven, highly motivated individual, eager to be involved in an entrepreneurial, early stage journey
• Local insider. You know your city like the back of your hand
• Heaps of initiative and the desire to work flexibly
• Excellent interpersonal skills - people want to follow until the end of the world
• Total hustler. You don’t fall under pressure, you thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Currently completing a great degree from a great university - ideally, this would be a end-of-course internship.
