Once again, this year we have decided to have Snowminds Team Leaders. The purpose of this leadership role is simple: to help make the best experience possible for our new Snowminds instructors! Those selected will get the opportunity to participate in our new instructor kick-off event, and work abroad during and after our instructor training courses in Austria and Canada.
