Our mission at coRelate is to develop a digital platform in the health space, specifically a community for patients and relatives – and we are well on our way. The coRelate iOS app was launched this summer, available in the AppStore, and at the moment successfully onboarding users every day.

In order to continue this promising journey, we are looking for a multidisciplinary and ambitious Senior Product Lead who masters the UX, UI / design, with strong project management skills and excellent with prototyping. 

The cornerstone of coRelate is to understand and transform our users’ success criteria into the best possible user experience, which essentially guides our product roadmap and tech development. You know how to nail the strong user experience, and with your aesthetic touch and feel for successful journeys in a digital setting, you probably already have an idea of what it will take to continue and further develop the coRelate platform.

You will be working closely with almost all members of the team, including CEO, CTO, Frontend developers, etc., where you will be driving the interface between user and product – essentially a unique opportunity to be at the core of digital development in a funded startup.

Qualifications and characteristics

• Minimum 3 years of experience as UX’er / interaction designer
• Familiar with all phases of design from ideation through testing and concept development
• Genuine interest for onboarding users and knowledge on key drivers
• Excellent in prototyping (wireframes) and testing your work incl. independently reaching out to users for speedy input
• Capable of executing workshops with patients
• Experience in Sketch (we use Zeplin to bridge with developers)
• Familiar with Github (not critical)
• You adapt well to change, you are self-driven, proactive by nature and curious – you are consistent with your work and thinking!
• Finally but perhaps most importantly, we look for the x-factor as a hybrid of attitude, personality, heart and mind!

This is a paid full-time position and we welcome all nationalities, as long as you are comfortable with both English and at least one Scandinavian language. The right candidate will be offered ownership / equity.
