Are you the person for the job?

About the job:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing expert to strengthen the commercial team in our current growth phase. Our product is ready and being used by major industry players. Your job will be to help building a high-performance sales culture, setup and test different marketing strategies, and create great customer success stories.

Preferably, you are living in (or willing to move to) Oslo, and are ready to start ASAP.

We want you to:

• Have a strong team spirit and drive to be part of growing a tech company
• Design and test inbound and outbound strategies and campaigns able to move the needle
• Refine the customer journey - from marketing and lead gen., to sales and onboarding
• Dive into customer's challenges to find efficient solutions, and tailor Imerso's message
• Be a great communicator, with full proficiency in English
• Be curious with a willingness to learn and share knowledge
• Be awesome

You should have:

• Experience with marketing and sales of B2B software
• Knowledge of lead generation tools and tactics
• A methodic, data-driven approach to your work
• Creative thinking, a growth hacking mindset, and proven ability to execute
• SaaS and startup experience is a bonus
