We are looking for a freelance marketing person 5-10 hours a week (remote) to:

AdWords 

- Ongoing testing and optimisation of our AdWords campaign 

- This is top priority and you must have proven experience with this

Website (conversion optimisation) 

- Analyse visitor behaviour using Google Analytics and Hotjar 

- Come up with ideas for A/B tests and implement them collaborating with UI designer and developers 

- Analyse results and test some more. This is an ongoing process

- This is top priority and you must have proven experience with this

AdWords and website conversion optimisation are first priorities, but if you have time and the right experience, you can also get involved with:

Email marketing 

- Overseeing and ongoing testing/optimisation of our cold email drip campaign

Blogger/PR outreach 

- Create a strategy. We will have a fulltime person who can execute the strategy, under your supervision.

Social Media 

- Create a strategy. We will have a fulltime person who can execute the strategy, under your supervision.

The ideal person has an entrepreneurial mind-set and can potentially be interested in receiving a combination of fixed and performance based payment.

We are already receiving a steady flow of jobs from AdWords, but we have very little time for the above activities ourselves and they need more time and focus. Any increase in jobs/customers is very profitable so the right person can really have an impact.
