We aim to make it easier for online shoppers globally to control their return process and get help when they've received a product they are not satisfied with.
Everyone should be able to easily return, exchange, and get help when they've bought a product online.
We're now looking to find the missing piece to our puzzle, a person that wants to be a part of our journey and help bring our platform in to the next phase. You don't need to have previous experience as a CTO but we want you to be technically skilled, with an ambition to operationally contribute to the code and strategically work on our tech.
You’ll have a team assisting you building the best platform and service ever, and by joining early you’ll be able to affect the product direction and have your say on what people and competencies we should bring on.
Moving along we have lots of onboardings and integrations to perform and in the long run some really ambitious plans on how to leverage data, cooperate with partners and implement machine learning to take our service to the next level.
Of course, our goal is to find someone who wants to be a part of our journey long term.
Our backend is written in Java, backed by a PostgreSQL database. The main frontend is built using AngularJS, but we also maintain PHP integration layers for different e-commerce platforms. For this position, we're looking for a skilled developer that feels comfortable around all parts of the stack.
We are Returnado, a young startup in Stockholm that wants to fix something all online shoppers hate, returns. Think of us like the Klarna for returns, we help consumers handle their returns, exchanges, and reclamations, and automate the returns process for merchants.
Although we’ve only been in existence for roughly a year we have been accepted to SU Inkubator (Stockholm University Incubator), nominated for several awards, received innovation grants from Vinnova and attracted our first investors, most notably our friends at Wellstreet.
