Proximi.io is looking for an existing star or future talent for technical sales and marketing. Proximi.io is a young, energetic startup whose unified proximity platform enables software developers to kick-start location-aware app development in minutes. We are currently an international team of 5 that takes pride in balancing cutting-edge technology with excellent customer experience. By joining our team, you’ll get to be a part of our success from the early days, and make a difference.

You will be the main contact for our inbound customer base. Your primary tools of communication will be email, chat and Skype conversations. You’ll be following up on various leads, assisting them through the customer funnel, and ensuring a positive user experience at every step of their journey. A portion of your time will consist of producing marketing material for our blog and website. You’ll be also involved in other outbound sales and marketing activities together with the CEO and other personnel. The majority of our customers are technical in nature, but you will also encounter the odd marketer or business owner. For the majority of time you’ll be working from our vibrant office, located centrally in Maria startup hub in Kamppi, Helsinki.

Skills

- Good technical understanding of mobile development concepts – or fast learner capable of adopting those

- Fast thinker, problem-solver

- Well organized, accountable

- Strong communicator both orally and in writing

- Value excellent customer service, one part of which is formed by the sale

- Flexible with occasional evening or early morning work

- Excellent English, other languages a plus
