We are looking for a digital marketing specialist who possesses extensive knowledge and experience within digital marketing, especially within SEM, Analytics, social marketing, and more importantly a growth hacking minded person! This job is also suitable for a freelancer.

Your challenge:

• Spearhead our online marketing initiatives and develop a strategy for it

• Build funnels in both B2B and B2C settings

• Growing online presence both with designers and companies (BtoC and BtoB)

• Automate the inbound marketing and lead generation

• Automate the contact outreach workflow

• Choose the platforms to use, and be the one to implement, test, experiment, analyse, and refine our digital media campaigns

• Monitor ROI and KPIs

• Stay up-to-date with digital media developments

Succeeding in this role means that you have:

• Tech-savviness and results orientation

• Proven work experience as a digital marketing specialist / growth hacker

• Done campaigns on LinkedIn

• Worked in optimizing either Google Adwords or Facebook Ads or both

• Excellent analytical and project management skills

• Creativity while being methodical

• Proven track record of growing user base, traffic and revenues

• A can-do startup attitude

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
