UX (user experience) designer measures and optimises web application to improve ease of use (usability), and create the best user experience by exploring many different approaches to solve end-users’ problems. The main task is to create product that people like and find easy to use. 

Tasks 

• considering the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design 
• running user testing of applications, software and websites
• defining interaction models, user task flows, and UI (user interface) specifications
• communicating scenarios (hypothetical users), end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to other people working on a product
• working with the design team to incorporate a visual or brand identity into the finished product
• developing and maintaining design wireframes (basic mock-ups of applications) and specifications
• evaluating the UX effectiveness

Skill set

• required deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS (jQuery) 
• good knowledge of UX and trends
• experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or skills in Sketch, proto.io, Invision, or other prototype tools
• ability to think creatively
• strong problem solving ability
• team player who can adapt to new situations
• working experience with Visual Studio and Scrum methodology is a plus
