What we are looking for:
An enthusiastic and motivated support engineer who will be the main point of contact with regards to all technical enquiries from current and potential Xeneta clients.
The successful candidate will also define the Xeneta support processes and contribute to the product roadmap and development by understanding the clients' priorities and their interactions with the Xeneta platform.
