This reduces the burden on doctors and improves medical quality. Our product has created a lot of attention from the healthcare community and customers are lining up. As our QA and support guru you will ensure that we deliver stable and functional solutions that have highest possible availability. Key focus areas will be working together with our developers making sure the quality assurance is taken care of. You will also handle the process forward with automated testing tools.

Job description

Are you a team player with 3+ years of experience in quality assurance of web applications in an agile environment this is the job for you! We are looking for the right person to be responsible for QA, testing, and implementation of QA routines at Doctrin. Doctrin is expanding fast and we need someone who can make sure we deliver quality and products with the absolute highest availability. You will participate in the development processes from setting requirement, through agile development, to final installation live. To make this happen we need you to have experience of automated testing.

This position will also include to manage our support line and support portal.

If you have experience from medical services or the medical care industry it is a merit.

Your profile

3+ years of QA preferably in a team leading role or with the ambition to take the next step to become a team leader.

Required skills:

* QA processes

* QA of web applications

* Creation test protocols

* Testing on Linux and Windows

* Agile development methodologies

* Automated testing tools

* Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish

Skills that would give you an extra edge:

* JIRA/JIRA Customer portal

* Medical services

* Support line experiences

* User access protocols (Bank ID and similar)
