There will be no typical day and to be successful as our Nordic Marketing Coordinator you will need to be self-motivated, creative, have strong digital marketing and business skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to build strong communities around fashion, clothes and customers. FOCUS:

• Creative: Creating new and innovative ways for user growth campaigns and keeping the existing ones excited. The fashion industry is full of opportunities and extremely interesting.
• Campaign Management: Running various campaigns across different digital marketing & PR channels Nordic wide. Right now Sweden is in our core focus.
• Brand: You like our story and want to continue improving it also to get others excited about it as well. Zadaa is going to be the world’s most well known app built around fashion that is owned by people.
• Content: Social media, fashion and lifestyle bloggers, Youtube stars.. You work with the hottest fashion influencers and with our over 50 000 Finnish Zadaa users that are interested of fashion. There are millions of ideas waiting for your sharp mind to shout out.
• Growth: Get new customers, retain existing ones and look for innovative ways to build our brand Nordic wide. You like the challenge of taking Zadaa into the other Nordic countries as strong as we are already in Finland.
• Customer Service: We all do it here, because it is the only place where we can listen our users’ wishes. When necessary you are able to take the responsibility of serving our users daily requirements while we are growing rapidly.

YOU WILL BE:

• Fluent in Swedish and English!
• Have experience of digital marketing and working with consumers.
• A creative soul, able to come up with new and innovative ideas for Zadaa’s app and marketing.
• A DOer meaning that you like to get things done no matter what.
• Possess great networking skills for finding and getting along with the fashion influencers.
• An expert of the Swedish market, knows the country, culture and the fashion.
• Working closely with six other Zadaa team members creating new things, we like to work together.
• Business, communications or marketing related degree preferred.
• Any contacts to fashion industry, especially in Sweden is a major plus!
