Momio ApS is an international interactive media company located in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company specializes in developing and operating social online products for kids. Our goal is to give kids a great first social media experience by surrounding them with good friends in a playful and safe environment. The company was founded in 2004 under the name watAgame ApS and renamed to Momio ApS in January 2017. We currently employ approximately 25 talented digital professionals.

COMMUNITY SUPPORTER DENMARK

Join the team making Momio – the first mobile social media for kids! Together with the Danish Community Manager and another Community Supporter you will make sure that Momio is safe and fun for the users. The job is perfect for a student.

Your main tasks will be:
• Answering support emails from users and parents or guardians
• Keeping our users safe working with SAFEGUARD – Momio’s safety system and processes
• Translating short texts from English to Danish

You need to be fluent in written Danish on a native level and it will be an advantage if you have experience with online communication or written customer service.

You will work evenings, weekends and holidays. It’s extremely important that you are flexible during the week and even with a short notice. Most weeks you will work 5-10 hours. During the holidays of our Community Manager (usually around school holidays), you will have to be prepared to work up to 30 hours a week, also during daytime.

You will be able to work most of your hours from home but we expect to see you at the office at least once a month.

Our product is Momio, a social mobile community for kids. Momio is developed as a mobile first product and it’s live in DK, SE, NO, FI, NL, DE, AT, CH & PL.
