Are you ready to take a C-level responsibility in fast growing startup with international ambitions? If yes, this is your position! We are looking for an ambitious Nordic Sales Manager who is not afraid to do new things and take risks. We are opening operations in Sweden as a Finnish based startup and now we need someone to take the lead in Sweden. The market area will also consist of Denmark and later on the rest of the nordics as well.


You find your self comfortable with sales and you already have experience in B2B sales. You are capable to work independently and you are ready to take the challenge also as a team leader and manger as the nordics team grows. You will be the back bone of the Nordics sales. You should also be comfortable with SaaS -sales model as well as more traditional solution sales and it is crucial that you have ambition to build international networks. You will have a young and enthusiast team and experienced advisors backing you up with the executive team.

If you can create sales and show results, you are the person we are looking for! You will:

  • Hold responsibility of the Sweden and Denmark sales
  • Take responsibility for the achievement of sales and marketing goals.
  • Contribute to the overall growth of the bottom line.
  • Produce engaging content both online and offline that converts target customers.
  • Manage the budget for the Nordic Sales department.
  • Use data systems and reports to make evidence-based decisions.
  • Lead the entire sales pipeline from marketing to key account in the target markets.

We are always serving coffee and beer around the office as well as snacks! We will be located in Malmö and our Headquarters is located in Helsinki, Finland. Flexibility in hours and remote work days for on-premise workers is naturally guaranteed.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in succesfully leading sales activities
  • Ambitious sales attitude
  • Ability to lead inter-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to handle big data, track metrics, and process figures.
  • A good sense of aesthetics as well as copy communication.
  • A proven track record of handling a variety of management tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication atleast in English and Swedish. If you are able to speak Danish, it is a huge plus.
  • A degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, or equivalent.
