What We Offer :

• An interesting and challenging hands-on position that gives you experience within Customer Service through Customer Experience. 
• As one of the team members you will help the Head of Community with tasks such as; taking charge of customer service activities, tracking and supporting within the customer journey, being in charge of support services for clients in need. 
• Working with client management will include tasks like planning and executing customer experience service processes, tracking and analysing tasks for support and completion, within others.

Who we are looking for: 

• You have just finished your studies within communications/PR/management at a university or other institute of higher education or has previous experience within customer support. 
• You must be comfortable with calling and talking to people as well as meet people when necessary. 
• You should be able to take on and solve different problems with a hands-on approach and being able to handle people with different needs from time to time.
• You have strong communication skills. You are fluent in Swedish, English is a merit. You're self driven and are a good team player. 
• You are pro-active, a strong organized person and coordinator who can play for the team but also take the responsibility of an independent work.
• You have previous experience working with client management.
