For our upcoming product launches we need an assisting product manager to keep our roadmap free from roadblocks and ensure that operation run as smoothly as possible. You will be working closely with the product/tech team in Stockholm and the manufacturing and operations team in New York. You will specify requirements, keep track of deadlines, and delegate tasks on and in time, assign resources as required and communicate with and collect feedback from your team members in a distributed team and environment. You will also regularly evaluate product strategies and suggest improvements and optimizations to product management as you go.

You are of course highly motivated, independent and eager to learn. You have a spirit of dedication towards and pursuit of your goals, and you’re not giving up in the presence of difficulties. Since we’re a hardware and software tech company, difficulties are lurking around every corner: we develop in distributed teams, our products have dependencies and our development resources are limited. You are structured and you are comfortable with setting deadlines and following up on them and, if necessary, asking the “right” questions when deadlines fail. You are willing to learn independently and research whatever information you need to perform your tasks.
