About the role

TaskRunner is looking for a talented front end web developer that wants to help TaskRunner grow and bring TaskRunner from 1.0 to 2.0. You enjoy staying on top of new technologies and love pushing HTML to its limits – on all different devices. You have a drive that inspires those around you.

The job includes

• Creating world-class HTML code;
• Launching new unannounced products together with the product team;
• Communicating with the backend team and occasionally dipping into backend;
• Communicate with the growth team to continue refine and optimize the website and app;
• Ensure TaskRunner regularly ships usable and delightful features:
• Coordinate with designers, engineers and marketing;
• Working with the growth team to use best-in-class SEO principles.

Qualification

• At least a few years’ experience developing web applications.
• A driving force for TDD and continuous integration.
• You have been working on various JavaScript applications and maybe already built a couple of single page apps.
• You have experience using MVVM frameworks like Backbone.js, Angular.js, Knockout.js or Ember.js etc.
• You are familiar with building systems running Grunt or Gulp
• Experience with Azure is a plus
• Experience of writing unit tests with Jasmine, Sinon, Visual Studio.
• You are fluent in English and preferably Swedish and has a degree in computer science or equivalent.
