reve is looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing & Growth Manger to lead growth marketing and conversion rate optimization and to contribute in our path towards world domination. This role cross-functional role provides an opportunity to get a 360 degree view around the most relevant (non-techy) online operations in a fast growing startup and have exposure to all levels of the organization.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

Analytics:

• Set measurable KPIs and events
• KPIs/Analytics tracking, funnelling and reporting
• Analyse conversion funnel and identify areas where new strategies can be implemented for user acquisition

Customer Acquisition and Retention:

• Work with leadership to establish growth strategies, customer acquisition channels (organic and non-organic), goals and KPIs
• Create, manage, optimize and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns
• Engage with influencers to drive further acquisition
• Organise and manage control groups -Surveying and feedback

Marketing & PR:

• Find relevant partners in the fashion vertical
• Engage, manage and support relationship with influencers/media sites
• Draft PR notes and track sentiment analysis

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Excellent analytical skills
• Outstanding written, oral and organizational skills
• Ability to work at a fast paced startup environment
• Worked with Google Analytics and/or other tools like Mixpanel, Intercom, Adjust, etc,
• Worked with the main digital advertising channels (AdWords, Facebook, etc.)
• Interest for fashion/retail
• Master in PPT and Excel
