The full stack lead developer will report to and work closely with our CTO in designing the technical vision for the entire platform and with the rest of the team (UX, PM, devs) to realize those visions into amazing code. You will work in our Stockholm office but also have the possibility to work periodically from our San Francisco office.

Our SaaS is a fully integrated CRM, CMS, marketing automation, email, text message (SMS) and survey platform.

We’ve been around a while in our home market but globally we’re a startup. That means we have a large customer base and a feature rich platform but still we’re flexible and quick to make decisions and adapt.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Create the technical vision and framework for the platform with CTO
• Take main responsibility for day-to-day technical decisions
• Analyze requirements
• Develop front-end software (JS, jQuery, Knockout)
• Develop back-end software (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, MVC Web Api, Windows Services)
• Design and optimize MS SQL Enterprise distributed database
• Develop automated tests (Unit)
• Develop automated deployment process (TeamCity)
• Provide second line support to customer service reps
• Participate in architecture reviews and technology standards definition
• Mentor developers

You probably have these qualifications and skills;

• 8+ years of experience in a full-time development role.
• Previous experience as a tech lead or team lead, mentoring developers.
• S. preferred, in Computer Science or related discipline
• Software Engineering, Architecture, Technical Operations
• Strong Agile and DevOps experience preferred
• Willingness and ability to learn and understand Ungapped’s solution, marketplace, verticals, and competition.
• Ability to build network and working relationships with the Ungapped team
• Proficient in both Swedish and English
