Autobutler is looking for a experienced Scrum Master for our quickly expanding development team. Freedom, structure, super skilled team, chaos, speed and responsibility.

We are looking for a talented Scrum Master for our development team to provide effective facilitation and communication of development activities.

Our development today is a little less then 10 developers, and we will be doubling that over the next year. At the same time, our product team is also expanding.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will become a central part, not just as a coordinating role between these two teams, but also as a connecting part with other relevant stakeholders in the organisation.

We expect you to take full ownership of our projects and tickets in Jira, coordination between the product and development team, along with handling developer ressources, planning and estimation process.

Our current approach is our own version of a very agile version of scrum, which you will be able to influence in the desired direction.

You will be working with team members who are young, technology loving, board-game playing, opera watching, computer game playing, highly skilled and hardworking individuals.

The ideal candidate

• A couple of years experience as a Scrum Master (Certified)
• Experience with project management in agile environments
• Proactive and eager to retrieve information from stakeholders
  
• Structured and able to learn fast
• Be a team player. We invest energy in both product and team.
• Be fluent in English
• In close collaboration with the product owner being part of product back log maintenance and prioritization
• Experience with implementing metrics for scrum teams using JIRA
• Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics
• Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
• Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team
