Community Manager Sweden
As Community Manager you will make sure that Swedish Momio – our social media for kids – is safe and fun. You will have help from the Swedish Community Supporter.
You will be in charge of the following:
- Writing content and support answers in Swedish and translating texts from English to Swedish
- Keeping our products safe working with SAFEGUARD – watAgame’s internet safety system and processes
- Answering support emails from users and parents or guardians
- Managing Swedish speaking moderators online
- Conveying local user insight to product and campaign development
- Cooperation with NGOs and other partners in Sweden
You need to be fluent in written Swedish on a native level. It will be an advantage if you have experience with online communication or written customer service. Having worked with kids or teenagers is also a plus. However, true interest in the job and social media is more important than your education or previous work experience.
You will work Monday to Friday during office hours from our office in Copenhagen. If you live in Sweden, a weekly work from home day can be arranged. Occasional weekend work is expected. You will work in an international team of Community Managers and Supporters which provides a diverse and professional environment for exchanging ideas and receiving feedback.
