X2 is a crucial component in the national transformation agenda - with a focus on Stavanger. The initiatives include sub projects such as X2 Innovation Center, X2 Labs, and X2 Capital. The broader agenda is named “transforming a nation”. They collaborate closely with research centers both domestic and foreign. They actively search for “unlikely partners” to facilitate significant change dynamics. 

How much do they invest?

X2’s main offering is their global network and a series of accelerator programs for growth and entrepreneurship in established companies. They work in close collaboration with funding agencies to finance projects under development in their bootcamps and accelerator programs. External financing goes directly to the participants’ “lean startup” projects.

How do they work?

X2 offers three different types of accelerator programs. ‘Sprint’ is a two-day program of hands-on experience. ‘Bootcamp’ is a five-day program, where participants develop their field of business, business models, and their growth strategy. ‘Accelerator’ spans over three months, where participant works two days per. week. All programs can be booked through X2’s website.
