Taking up position as CEO of a EUR 100M private equity company within FMCG and food supplements, driving a fast turnaround resetting the strategy, and recently CEO of a listed global EUR 600M consumer healthcare company - standing on a burning platform (!) - focusing on a rapid transformation due to a unsustainable strategy and capital structure.

Previously he held global executive positions at Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Reckitt Benckiser and Novartis, and over the last years led successful turnarounds and high end multiple exits for private equity owned companies.

As a very focused strategic leader, Thomas is hands-on when needed, driven and has a track record in building strong executive teams, believing and enhancing capability driven strategies and highly self-aware leaders, who are to able to conduct a balanced situational leadership.

Thomas is also a serial entrepreneur having over the years mentored and invested in a tenfold of early-stage MedTech, EdTech, FoodTech and FinTech companies that have now reached the series B/C or private equity phase.

Today he is still possessing a number of non executive director positions at private equity and family owned companies within Pharma and FMCG, and is very well networked across sectors, and with advisors and talents.
