In 2006 I started my own consulting company. I 2009 three partners joined in. Together we managed to outperform all similar Danish companies in growth performance. In 2016 the company was 100 employees and was recognized as one of the absolute fastest long-term growing companies in Denmark. Six years in a row awarded “Gazelle” company by the Danish business newspaper Borsen. In September 2016 Inspari will be awarded for the 7th time. Only five Danish companies has ever done that – and no one eight times. My main responsibilities at Inspari was sales, business development, finance, legal and my role as Managing Director. In June 2016 I left Inspari to focus on my family and to have a longer break from working long hours. Later in 2016 I decided only to work as a business angel investor, board member and some consulting tasks.

- Two times nominated and one time finalist in PWC “Owner-manager of the year”
