Experience

Televenture was founded in 1993. Special competence areas include oil and gas, energy, IT and telecom. Through four funds they have invested in around 30 businesses and have managed assets for more than 750 million NOK. They look to invest in what comes out of technology research, in addition to development clusters and innovation parks. They have great international experience in the US, Asia and the Middle East.

How much do they invest?

Televenture can invest 10 million NOK depending on the phase of your business. They can invest both in the startup phase and further out in the process, as well as reinvest in successful businesses. Once you are chosen, the company will be an active owner in your company and be a competent partner for your management and board.

They are made to give capital for entrepreneurs with good ideas, most of all in the early stages of the business, when it can be most difficult to get support.

Rune Rinnan – Managing Partner & Founder
Rune founded Televenture in 1993. He has a top level international and financial experience in telecom, IT, media and the oil & gas sector. He has experience as CEO, Managing Partner and CFO positions in several large companies. He holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from NHH.

Sverre Slåttsveen – Partner & CFO
Sverre joined Televenture in 2010. He has a long international senior management background within oil & gas and process industry and has served as CFO and SVP/CFO within large oil corporations. Sverre holds a BS and a MBA in Finance and Management from California State University, Hayward, USA.
