I'm an "hands-on" investor, that likes to combine financial investment with sparring with management and even some hands-on work for the company. While still being a CEO, I have grown an international company from 15 to 140 employees. Now I have around 5 investments in start up companies and taken an active part in most of them (as well as advisor/board member in a few others). My background is cand.merc. from CBS and I have been working with marketing, sales, strategy, distribution, finance, general management and other connecting subjects - all of them in growth companies.
