We are focusing on early stage companies within financial and IT related industries. Moreover – we see an immense potential in companies focusing on simplifying and automate traditional manual processes related to financial services. We are great believers of using efficient software to increase speed and decrease risk of errors.


Experience

Our key “knowhow” and experience;

  • CFO experience – Its important when starting a business to know how to handle accounting, financial processes and the effect of all financial actions. Our CFO experience will be an asset assisting you establishing good reporting and liquidity control.
  • Founder experience – After starting different businesses in different industries we have been through the start-up and administration process several times and can point out good “do’s and don’ts”.
  • Structuring companies – One of our main take-aways after working with early-stage companies is how to establish good process routines and forming a good structure that will be essential progressing from an early stage into a mature company.
  • The entire process from starting up and to a sales exit – We have been part of the whole journey. Everything from building a company from scratch, to making it look attractive for new buyers or simply giving a company a good foundation for future stabile growth.


How much do they invest?

We are looking at investments ranging between 0 - 1MNOK in addition to adding human capital. We are also connected to environments that may match our financial investments.


How do they work?

Before we invest, we normally would like several cups of coffee and perhaps a bottle of beer to get a greater picture of the whole business idea, the market and the team behind. The evaluation process will be careful and strict – but we do not invest in a bunch of projects, we would rather use more time to identify a perfect match.

If the company approaching us seeks to solve an industry’s bottleneck or disrupt a traditional business, whether it is a single work process or a full industry problem, we would love to hear more about the idea and how we can work together.
