More about NordicBAN

NordicBAN's 11 angel network members represent over 1700 business angels in the Nordic & Baltic region. If one or several of their angels are keen about getting involved in your company, NordicBAN can help facilitate the investment round.

How much do they invest?

Usually Business Angels invest as a group 200.000€ or more

How do they work?

There should be an active lead investor who is financially committed. This is crucial as a local investor has better possibilities to attract foreign investors and support the due diligence process from an investor point-of-view.

In addition to the lead, the following is preferred:

  • Seeking 200.000€ or more.
  • 30% or more already committed to the investment round
  • Has previous funding (subsequent investment round)
  • Has international revenue / customer commitments

Please note that NordicBAN is an association, not investing itself. All information received is handled confidentially.

This makes a difference to them

Both the entrepreneur and the investor should do their home work before the investment.

This time used to study the company liabilities and the commercial potential, called Due Diligence, is usually the time most investors regret not doing a proper job. It is said that over 20 hours of due diligence in a investment target increases the likeliness of success by over 60%.
