The fund was founded at the end of 2012 by well renowned entrepreneur Kerstin Cooley. They have since invested in twelve Swedish startups, using money derived from entrepreneurship. Their personal experience with entrepreneurship gives them resources and network to help other early-stage companies.

How much do they invest?

MOOR’s previous investments have ranged between €1 - 8.7 million. In addition to capital, the fund provide their portfolio companies with experience, resources, and network to help them succeed. They will always take a seat on the board and offer hands-on help in management and product development.

How do they work?

After receiving an application for funding, MOOR will evaluate whether or not the project poses an adequate opportunity. Once they have committed to a company they are in it for the long run. They do not exit a company until it makes sense for its future growth, as they believe that the greatest companies evolve through continuous innovation.
