Our investment strategy is focused within e-commerce, SaaS and online marketplaces - three verticals where we have significant experience from previous investments and a strong track record. We focus on pre-seed and seed stages with a target equity commitment of 2-10m DKK for a minority position (10-25%). We want to see proof of business and strong traction. We are approved by Vækstfonden for BA-matching loans - which allows matching of our equity commitments 1:1 with attractive debt financing.
