Below are things to think about when crafting your elevator pitch:
Overview – one sentence about what your company does
Problem – what problem are you solving?
Solution – how are you solving the problem?
Target – who has the problem?
Market – how big is your market?
Unfair advantage – what is your unfair advantage that will make you succeed?
Differentiation - how do you differentiate yourself from the competition?
Revenue model – how do you plan to make money?
Team – who are you and your team/what you’ve done?
Milestones – beta, launch, traction, partners, raising money, etc.
Fundraising amount – how much are you raising? What terms? (convertible note, equity, etc.)
Use of funds – What will you use the money for and how long will it last?
End strong – tagline or open ended question
