Cathy Xiao Chen leads the team of volunteers who connect and assist Impact Hub’s community of social entrepreneurs and oversee daily operations. Cathy holds a Bachelor in Food Sustainability and is the CEO and Co-founder of Smaka Lokal. She advises local startups on sustainability and freelances as a chef.
