Ferd Capital is a family owned and goes back to 1778 when the family invested in Tiedemanns Tobaksfabrik. The “Ferd” name dates back to 2001. Today they are divided into 6 different business areas, where 5 of them are commercial and the last one is for social entrepreneurs.

How much do they invest?

They expect to invest between 100 million NOK and 1000 million NOK per company. By investing, Ferd becomes an active partner and advisor that will help to develop strategies, challenge analysis, access to Ferd’s network and off course the accomplishment of the exit process. The involvement is with the intention to help your company succeed and create shareholder value.

How do they work?

Until the final decision to invest they go through a series of comprehensive evaluation work with both internal and external workforce.
