The fund receives more applications than it can possibly to support. In assessing applications, the fund thus attaches importance to:
- Application relating to the freight and transport industry
- Not giving support is for actual operations and specific activities in a commercial enterprise
- Providing travel grants only to students from educational institutions, organizations, etc.
- Supporting pilot projects
- Projects that will not be completed within 2 months after the closing date for the application
