In late 2011 I co-founded a company called Nordcloud, which became over the years the fastest growing company in Finland (Deloitte Finland 50 in 2016 & 2017) and one of the fastest growing company in Europe (Deloitte EMEA 500 in 2016 & 2017). Nordcloud is listed to Gartner Cloud MSP Quadrant (in 2017 - 2019). Nordcloud has today 10 country offices and over 500 employees.

In early 2019 I established an own investment company called Esa Investment, which is primarily my personal investment vehicle in startups, real estates and equity funds. Currently I’m consulting a few startups in their strategy creation process and finance raising project.

Member of Hallituspartnerit Helsinki. The purpose of Hallituspartnerit is to promote the competitiveness of Finnish SME sector by strengthening their professional government work. Hallituspartnerit performs this task by passing on experienced board members to the local SME’s.
